OUR MISSION *
At Reap the Harvest, we are committed to raising up the next generation of champions for Christ. Founded on the solid foundation of Jesus and the Gospel, our mission is to serve as “workers” for Christ, as described in Matthew 9:37: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”
Through youth-focused, family-friendly events, we aim to build community and show young people that they are not alone, that they have purpose, and that there is hope.
Our goal is to help youth grow in three key areas: athletically, socially, and most importantly, spiritually. We are passionate about guiding them to build a strong foundation and strengthen their faith for the future.
As vessels for the Lord, we want to overflow His blessings to everyone. We envision empowering youth to find their identity in Christ, and as they grow, they will become adults who positively impact society and contribute to the Kingdom of God.
About our founder & CEO
Austin Henderson is the Founder and President of Reap the Harvest Foundation. His life's purpose is to serve the Lord with all his heart, giving Him all the glory every step of the way. Over his sixteen years in football, Austin has witnessed firsthand how sports can be used to promote the spirit, soul, and body. He is committed to sharing the lessons he has learned throughout his journey in everything he does. His life is a testimony to the goodness of God and His miraculous guidance at every turn. As a vessel of His will, Austin’s goal is to allow Christ to continually fill his cup and let that overflow to others. Through prayerful dedication, Austin envisions that the foundation will continue to serve as a powerful testimony of the phenomenal God they serve, embodying His hands and feet in the world.
