Ministry · Discipleship

Raising up the next generation of laborers.

The harvest doesn't just need workers for today. It needs leaders for tomorrow. We invest in young people through evangelism training and Gospel-centered discipleship so the work outlasts any single camp or event.

The Vision

More than a camp. A calling.

Sports camps are where kids first encounter the Gospel. Discipleship is where that encounter becomes a life. We walk with young people after the final whistle, equipping them to know God's word, share their faith, and become the laborers the harvest needs.

Everything we do in discipleship flows from the same root: Jesus and the Kingdom. We believe the Great Commission isn't just for pastors and missionaries. It's for every believer, including the kid who showed up to a free football camp and heard the Gospel for the first time.

How We Disciple

Three pillars of the work.

Evangelism

Training young people to share their faith clearly and boldly. We equip them with the Gospel, the language to articulate it, and the courage to go.

Leadership Training

Identifying and developing the leaders within our camp communities. The best future coaches, mentors, and missionaries are already in our crowds.

Community Rooting

Connecting young believers to local churches and pastors so they grow within a body, not just a camp week. Fruit that remains requires roots in community.

The Long View

Chasing presence, not platform.

Jesus didn't just draw crowds. He built twelve. Our discipleship work takes the same long view: identify who God is calling, invest deeply in those individuals, and release them into the harvest equipped and on fire.

The 44 pastors and ministry leaders who stand with Reap the Harvest are proof that the Kingdom grows through relationship, accountability, and the local church. Discipleship is how we close the loop from camp to community.
